clean - convenient location right at the airport - with a shuttle to terminals - great breakfast buffet - excellent noise isolation. very friendly staff. outstanding!

My one-night stay at this 4-star hotel near LAX was absolutely fantastic! The staff, especially Aisha, were incredibly friendly and professional, making me feel right at home. The rooms were spacious and spotlessly clean, and I loved the pool area. The hotel also had a bar, dining area, and a counter to purchase microwaveable food, which was a great convenience. The location was perfect for exploring nearby attractions and the airport shuttle service was a bonus. I also enjoyed breathtaking aircraft views from my high-floor room.
The only small issue I experienced was the room service breakfast. The food was delivered in a paper box with no plates or utensils, and it wasn't clear that it was an outside delivery company.

we had a pleasant dinner at Hyatt Regency's bar. the restaurant offered a great selection of food and drink, and the location was convenient for our transit at LAX. the staff was friendly, the room was quiet, clean, and roomy, and the shuttle service made it easy to get to the airport.

I loved the stylish and modern room with a comfortable sitting area and the convenience of tea/coffee facilities. The hotel's regular airport transfers made traveling a breeze. The buffet breakfast with fresh orange juice was a great start to my day. I'll recommend this hotel.
